Approximately 2.5 acres of trees and rolling hills has been purchased for our future.

No flooding, No water drainage issues as Kabin will be built on the high point of the property, with significant drop-offs in all directions from the driveway and buildsite.

Our three year search has been fun, with research and surveying of lots of one acre to 61.

This purchased lot holds great features that we were searching for: Aesthetics of forest-like tranquil grounds, changes of elevation, location to shopping and emergency needs, and abundance of natures creatures.

Through the evaluation process, over the last couple months, we met numerous neighbors and they all were very friendly and considerate. That just added to our appreciation of the lot.
